Eligibility
 
Participants must be related as father and son, father and stepson, father and son-in-law, or grandfather and grandson. Minimum age is 12 years old.  There is no maximum age.  Players must have established and verifiable handicaps.

Dates:  June 17 - June 21, 2008
 
Entry Price:  $1,975.00 per golfer  and $1,375.00 per non-golfer
 
Place:  The Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, Quebec, Canada

    Simply return the entry form by mail to Championship Golf along with your Team's deposit of $1,000 to reserve your Father and Son Team for 2008.
