Entry Process for 2011 To Be Announced
Entry process is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 in 2010
1. Complete an entry form.
Use the brochure and entry form sent to you via mail or download one from the link below.
If you'd rather, please call us and we will send you a complete invitation and entry form.
2. Mail your deposit.
Mail $1,000 with your team entry form to Championship Golf.
3. Confirmation will arrive by mail and/or email.
More details and final payment information will be sent to you by Championship Golf.
The field is limited to 50 accepted teams.
Acceptance into the field is subject to approval of tournament organizers and sponsors.
