2. Mail your deposit.
Mail $2,000 with your team entry form to ChampionshipGolf.
3. Confirmation will arrive by mail and/or email.
More details and final payment information will be sent to you by ChampionshipGolf.
The field is limited to 30 accepted teams.
Acceptance into the field is subject to approval of tournament organizers and sponsors.
