Glen and Buddy Davis Set Record - 2002 TaylorMade Father Son at Lake Tahoe June 22, 2002 Incline
Village, NV- Glen and Buddy Davis from Windermere, Florida won the 16th
Annual TaylorMade Father and Son World Invitational in commanding
fashion. There 20-under-par total of 196 smashed the tournament record
and was 8 shots clear of Hal and J.D. Cohen of Augusta, Georgia. Buddy
will be a senior at Furman University and shot an impressive 65 - 68
the final two rounds on his own ball. Low net
honors went to Jeff and Craig Millet of Corona del Mar, California. In
a very close finish, Jeff and Craig closed with a 10 under par 62 to
edge several teams by two and three shots. At least 10 teams went into the final round with a shot at the championship. The
54 hole tournament featured three outstanding Lake Tahoe area courses,
each in immaculate condition. The event was also blessed with
picture-perfect weather from start to finish. Details on next years
